Egbert Aranguren is a Venezuelan-born chef with over 20 years of international culinary experience. Trained in Michelin-starred kitchens alongside legends like Albert and Ferran Adrià, Egbert’s journey has taken him from fine-dining restaurants to private yachts, exclusive festivals, and family homes across Europe and beyond. His approach: precision, passion, and a personal touch in every dish.

Perfect for intimate gatherings, celebrations, or when you simply want to enjoy your guests while someone else takes care of the kitchen. Egbert designs menus tailored to your tastes, dietary needs, and the season. Most of the preparation is done off-site, followed by a live show-cooking experience in your home or venue. He handles everything—from welcome cocktails and table decor to cleanup.

  • Grilled free-range chicken skewer marinated with Ibizan herbs, pumpkin purée and pickled vegetables.
  • Oysters with blood orange leche de tigre, cilantro oil and smoked ikura roe

First Course:

  • Grilled hamachi fillet, baked sweet potato purée, baby zucchini and wild asparagus

Main Course:
